Cooking is something that I love to do as much as I love camping! So of course I am always cooking while camping… however, usually when on vacation I’m trying to get some rest, so I don’t always want to make complicated meals that take forever. The kitchen was one of the main deciding factors when purchasing our new camper. I have had several campers that only had small kitchens, which it was almost impossible to cook or even walk in. This time around I searched for a camper with a back kitchen design. I now have plenty of counter space and a nice size refrigerator/freezer and a huge pantry. I also have a second crock-pot strictly for camping (crock pots are a camping must!) I love to cook outside too if a grill is available (we also bring a portable outdoor grill).
